There was a fit and healthy man named Jim
Who liked to exercise with a swim
To the Plunge he went by
And found it was dry
So instead he went to the gym

Something new is headed my way
I can feel it
The energy is enticing
Even though the sun doesn't shine
It is shining in my world
Something new is coming
I am ready for it
